In a careful atmosphere you start to be more aware of your body, to refresh your power and to sense a state of well being. The overstimulated activity of thinking is getting more quite and moves into the background.
In my work I experience in particular that Shiatsu is a very good support in times of personal processes of change.
Shiatsu holds a great possibility and chance to get in a deep touch with your real needs and to trust your self regulating forces.
